re-installed os

yeah!!!



dammit!!
a friend recommended i try and use
tune up utilities...
i did...
he wasnt very specific in the instructions mind you...
then after installing and rebooting my notebook
i used it....
ok its seems to be a good program...
or so i thought

my friend forgot to tell me not to change some
settings because it might affect the
system registry....
too late!

now it runs on a very sickenly speed of
a dying snail....

now i need to figure out how to re-install back
the OS...
oh btw
i dont have a disc drive on my baby(my notebook is an MSI WindNotebook)
its either through a usb or..
buy an external dvd drive..
